DELIVERY

 

UK ORDERS (This zone comprises of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in 1-2 days if the order is received before 15.00pm UK (subject to availability) Monday to Friday.

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail  Standart Delivery Services  and are normally delivered the next 2-3 working days -  this may however take longer in some cases depending on RM Services so please allow a few more days if you don't receive your parcel the next 2-3 working days. 

 

OUTSIDE UK ORDERS

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Standart Delivery Services.  Royal Mail aim to deliver this orders within 3-7 working days but do allow 3-15 working days for delivery to be attempted.  We work to courier company guidelines so will not send a replacement until this time has passed and a none receipt declaration has been completed ans returned. Orders will be dispatched in the order received. This zone comprises of the below countries.

EXTRA DELIVERY INFORMATION
Any extra delivery information given during the checkout process will be included on the delivery address label, however, we are unable to guarantee that the Postman will always follow these instructions.

 

Any orders received after 15:00 PM GMT UK on Friday, and at any time on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the Monday (except Bank Holidays).

For extra security a signature may be required to receive some orders over a certain amount (so please ensure there will be someone at the address).

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Please note, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorization. In the unlikely event of any item(s) ordered not being available then the value of the item(s) will be refunded back to the credit/debit card and you will be advised by e-mail.

We recommend you print a copy of your order for your records.

Please note once any orders have been placed, we only have limited time to change any information before the orders are shipped out. If this occurs, it is best to email us to info@pixterandbro.co.uk. We try our hardest to attend to emails, however, your email may not be seen until after your order has gone out, in which case, it will be too late to make any changes to any information.

RETURNS

You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.pixteranbro.co.uk for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.

Items bought from our online store can only be returned from online store

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact for hygiene reasons- unused and in re-saleable condition. We will not refund if manufacturer seals are removed from products nor if product boxes are damaged due to poor return packaging which does not protect the original purchase. These products will be returned to you. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges unless the item is faulty (damaged) or we have sent an incorrect item. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges unless the item is faulty (damaged) or we have sent an incorrect item. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

A note must also be enclosed with any item(s) returned. Please tell us why you are dissatisfied and your order number - if this note is not included it will delay the refund process.

You are advised to obtain proof of posting for your returns.

 

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

 Please note that refunds are not accepted on any sale items or 2nd items.
